1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in these casino promotional draws.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. BONUS JACKPOTS
3.1 The Bonussing sessions are exclusive to Tsogo Rewards Programme members.
3.2 The Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select Bonus Jackpot winners that have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
3.2.1 Wednesday Bonus Jackpots – Exclusive to Queen cardholders
3.2.2 Thursday Bonus Jackpots – Exclusive to Ace and King cardholders
3.2.3 Saturday Bonus Jackpots – Open to all Montecasino Rewards cardholders
3.3 Wednesday and Thursday Bonus Jackpots will be open to selected Rewards cardholders playing Slots and Tables on the main, smoking and Prive casino floors during the designated dates and times;

 05, 12, 19 and 26 February 2025: from 18h00 to 19h00 and 20h00 to 21h00

3.4 Saturday Bonus Jackpots will be open to all Rewards cardholders playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino areas excluding the Prive during the designated dates and times;
 01, 08 and 22 February 2025: from 18h00 to 19h00 and 20h00 to 21h00
 15 February 2025: from 17h00 to 18h00 and 19h00 to 20h00
 01, 15 and 29 March 2025: from 17h00 to 18h00 and 19h00 to 20h00

3.5 Participants who have met the qualifying criteria, must be actively playing at a Slot machine or Table game during the Bonussing Sessions to stand a chance to win.
3.6 The minimum spend criteria to be included on the lists will be as below:
3.6.1 Wednesday Bonus Jackpots – R200 for Queen Cardholders
3.6.2 Thursday Bonus Jackpots – R600 for Ace and King cardholders
3.6.3 Saturday Bonus Jackpots – R100 for all Montecasino Rewards cardholders
3.7 Selected winners must present themselves in person at the selected device within 90 seconds from the time the promotions team arrives at the selected device, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity at a nearby device, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
3.8 Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
3.9 Each random winner will be presented with unmarked envelopes, each containing a prize insert, indicating a cash value.
3.10 After the winner has selected his/her choice of envelope, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value by the promotions representative.
3.11 A register will be available at the Rewards Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
3.12 If the prize winner does not present themselves within 90 seconds and if he or she has not declined to be present by not signing a decline register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection will be conducted.
4 SATURDAY CAR DRAWS
4.1 Saturday car draws will be open to all qualifying Montecasino Rewards cardholders.
4.2 Electronic draws will take place immediately after the entry bin closes at 21h00 at the designated draw area
4.3 All Participants are required to activate their entry at the EHost and be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize.
4.4 All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system.
4.5 Participants can only win once per draw.
4.6 Qualification criteria for the Saturday Car draws is 200 points = 1 ticket entry as per the date and times specified below;

4.7 All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
4.8 Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
5 FRIDAY PRIVE NIGHTS
5.1 This promotion is open to Montecasino Ace, and King Cardholders only
5.2 Qualification criteria for the Friday draws is average spend of R5, 000 or total spend of R50, 000 or more in the last 12 months.
5.3 Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
5.4 Ticket allocation: Ace cardholders – 1,000 tickets and King cardholders – 500 tickets
5.5 All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place in the Prive on 07, 14, 21 and 28 February 2025 and 07, 14, 21 and 28 March 2025 at 21h00
5.6 Qualifying participants enter the draw by activating their tickets at the eHost and printing their eHost receipt to be eligible to win. Participants must activate their entry into the draw, from 08h00 on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw at 21h00. The opening and closing times for the entry activations will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
5.7 Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw.
5.8 All draws will be attendance draws and participants can only win once per draw.
6 TIERED EOD DRAWS
6.1 The tiered Equal opportunity draws will take place on Thursdays 27 February and 20 March at 21h00 & Sunday, 30 March 2025 at 18h00
6.2 All participants who have a minimum of at least one gaming visit in the preceding 24 month period, with tickets allocated as follows;
 500 Tickets for Ace and King cardholders
 300 Tickets for Queen cardholders
 100 Ticket for Jack and 10 cardholders
6.3 Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
6.4 Participants may only win once per draw.
6.5 Qualifying Participants enter the draw(s) by activating their entry at the EHost and printing their EHost receipt. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry activation is open. The opening and closing times for the entry activations will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
6.6 Prize winners will be selected by way of random electronic draw. Draw details will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
6.7 All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. 7 Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
8 Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised.
9 Should the car winner decide to sell the car to the dealership instead of taking the actual car, the transaction will be between the winner and the dealership.
10 All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
11 Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition shall be disqualified.
12 In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
13 By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
14 The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
15 All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
