1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or has self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is specifically prohibited from participating in these casino promotional draws.
2. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. BONUS JACKPOTS
3.1 The Bonussing sessions are exclusive to Tsogo Rewards Programme members.
3.2 The Random Application Player Selection (‘RAPS’) application will be used to select Bonus Jackpot winners that have qualified at a particular Slot machine or Table game.
3.2.1 Wednesday Bonus Jackpots – Exclusive to Queen cardholders
3.2.2 Thursday Bonus Jackpots – Exclusive to Ace and King cardholders
3.2.3 Saturday Bonus Jackpots – Open to all Montecasino Rewards cardholders
3.3 Wednesday and Thursday Bonus Jackpots will be open to selected Rewards cardholders playing Slots and Tables on the main, smoking and Prive casino floors during the designated dates and times;

 04, 11, 18, 25 January 2025: from 18h00 to 19h00 and 20h00 to 21h00
3.4 Saturday Bonus Jackpots will be open to all Rewards cardholders playing Slots and Tables on the main and smoking casino areas excluding the Prive during the designated dates and times;
 07, 14, 21, 28 December 2024: from 16h00 to 17h00 and 18h00 to 19h00
 04, 11, 18, 25 January 2025: from 18h00 to 19h00 and 20h00 to 21h00
3.5 Participants who have met the qualifying criteria, must be actively playing at a Slot machine or Table game during the Bonussing Sessions to stand a chance to win.
3.6 The minimum spend criteria to be included on the lists will be as below:
3.6.1 Wednesday Bonus Jackpots – R200 for Queen Cardholders
3.6.2 Thursday Bonus Jackpots – R600 for Ace and King cardholders
3.6.3 Saturday Bonus Jackpots – R100 for all Montecasino Rewards cardholders
3.7 Selected winners must present themselves in person at the selected device within 90 seconds from the time the promotions team arrives at the selected device, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity at a nearby device, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
3.8 Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
3.9 Each random winner will be presented with unmarked envelopes, each containing a prize insert, indicating a cash value.
3.10 After the winner has selected his/her choice of envelope, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value by the promotions representative.
3.11 A register will be available at the Rewards Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
3.12 If the prize winner does not present themselves within 90 seconds and if he or she has not declined to be present by not signing a decline register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection will be conducted.

4 FRIDAY PRIVE NIGHTS
4.1 This promotion is open to Montecasino Ace, and King Cardholders only
4.2 Qualification criteria for the Friday draws is average spend of R5, 000 or total spend of R50, 000 or more in the last 12 months.
4.3 Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
4.4 Ticket allocation: Ace cardholders – 1,000 tickets and King cardholders – 500 tickets
4.5 All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place in the Prive on 6, 13, 20 and 27 December 2024 and 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 January 2025
4.6 Qualifying participants enter the draw by activating their tickets at the eHost and printing their eHost receipt to be eligible to win. Participants must activate their entry into the draw, from 08h00 on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw at 21h00. The opening and closing times for the entry activations will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
4.7 Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw.
4.8 All draws will be attendance draws and participants can only win once per draw.

5 JACKPOT CHEST
5.1 Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Montecasino Rewards Card during the promotional period.
5.2 Manual ticketed draws will take place at 16h00 every Sunday during the promotional period, where Five (5) winners will be selected during the below draw dates;
 08, 15, 22, 29 December 2024
 05, 12, 19, 26 January 2025
5.3 A total of 100 points earned from 1 December 2024 until each draw time will be required to earn tickets.
5.4 Tickets will be capped and allocated as follows per tier;
5.4.1 4x tickets – Ace and King Tiers
5.4.2 3x tickets – Queen Tier
5.4.3 1x ticket – Jack and 10 Tiers

5.5 Participants must print their entry tickets at the EHost and enter them in the manual entry bin provided, within the specified times during which the entry bins are open.
5.6 The manual entry bins for this promotion will open at 8am on the draw days and close 5 minutes before the start of the draw.
5.7 The Progressive Jackpot (Top Award) will begin at R20, 000 (Twenty thousand Rands) in cash and increase by R20, 000 (Twenty thousand Rands) if not won. If and when the Progressive Jackpot is won during the promotional campaign the Progressive Jackpot will reset to a Base Value of R20,000 (Twenty thousand Rands) in cash. Consolation Cash Prizes at the will be R2, 000 per winner.
5.8 Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
5.9 Tickets earned cannot be exchanged and are not transferable.
5.10 The progressive amount (Top prize) will be guaranteed on Sunday, 29 December and Sunday, 26 January 2025.
5.11 Participants must be present at the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or nominate a proxy to act on their behalf, thereafter the ticket receipt number will be announced. The onus is upon the Participant to check their receipt number against the numbers that have been generated to ascertain that they are a winner.
5.12 Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
5.13 A register will be available at the Guest Relations Desk for the period between the opening of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
5.14 Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
5.15 Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
5.16 Should the prize winner not have the relevant identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
5.17 Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
5.18 Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or the Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
5.19 Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
5.20 A random prize reveal will take place immediately after all finalists have been verified. Winners in order of their seat placing, will have the opportunity to choose a device that represents their prize. *Note that once the Progressive Jackpot is won the remaining contestants will each be rewarded with a consolation prize and there will be no need for device selection thereafter.
5.21 In the prize reveal device there will be one (1) Jackpot Prize Ball and nineteen (19) Consolation Prize Balls. If a Consolation Prize Ball is selected by a winner/s it will be deposited into the prize reveal device, and if the Jackpot Prize Ball is selected by a winner this Ball will not be deposited into the prize reveal device as the Progressive Jackpot would have been won.
5.22 In the prize reveal device there will be one (1) Jackpot Prize Ball and four (4) Consolation Prize Balls for the guaranteed draws on Sunday, 29 December and Sunday, 26 January 2025.
6 PRIVE SLOTS CHALLENGE
6.1 Open exclusively to all Montecasino Slots Prive players, playing with their Rewards card.
6.2 A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
6.3 Participants earn points for tickets by playing selected Slots (Mike and Kilo areas) using their Montecasino Rewards card, during the specified dates and times.
6.4 Open exclusively to all Montecasino Slots Prive players
6.5 Players must play with their Rewards cards in the Mike and Kilo areas, within the specified promotional times in the Prive in order to participate.
6.6 The leaderboard will run for one day only from 17h00 until 21h00 on Fridays and 18h00 until 22h00 on Saturdays, for the dates; 20, 21, 27, 28 December 2024
6.7 A live leaderboard will be displayed on all display screens in the Prive during the promotional times
6.8 Leaderboard will update every hour
6.9 Montecasino Rewards cardholders are not permitted to give their Rewards card to another individual to earn points on their behalf. In the event of this happening, the offender will be disqualified from this promotion and all promotions taking place within the same period.

7 TIERED EOD DRAW
7.1 Day of Reconciliation Draw promotional competition will take place on 16 December 2024 at 20h00, exclusive to All Montecasino Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
7.2 All participants who have a minimum of at least one gaming visit in the preceding 2 year period, will each receive one ticket into the draw.
7.3 Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
7.4 Participants may only win once per draw.
7.5 Qualifying Participants enter the draw(s) by activating their ticket at the EHost and printing their EHost receipt. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry activation is open. The opening and closing times for the entry activations will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
7.6 Prize winners will be selected by way of random electronic draw. Draw details will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.

8 NEW YEAR’S EVE PRIVE DRAW
8.1 Participants will activate their entry for the New Year’s Eve Draw by printing their ticket at the EHost, on the day of the draw, which will activate their entry into the electronic bin.
8.2 Only Montecasino Ace, King and Queen Reward’s cardholders who have had at least one (1) gaming visit from Monday, 1 January 2024 to Monday, 30 December 2024 will qualify for a ticket into the draw.
8.3 A maximum of 1 individual entry can be entered per person per draw.
8.4 Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8.5 Participants must print their entry into the draw, on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw within the specified times to activate their entry into the electronic bin.
8.6 Winners do not have to be present at the draw to win.
8.7 Should the prize winner not be present, Gaming Ambassadors will contact the winner and inform them to collect the prize within 15 days of the Draw.
9 BONUS PLAY MULTIPLIER
9.1 The tiered (Ace -6x, King -5x, Queen- 4x and Jack & 10 -3x) Bonus Play Multiplier is applicable to Bonus Play only.
9.2 The Bonus Play Multiplier applies to all Tsogo Rewards members who have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App.
9.3 The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables at the specific promotional days and times.
9.4 Only casino play earned after registering on the Tsogo Sun App will qualify for the multiplier, within the promotional period specified.
9.5 Multiplied Bonus Play will show on the Tsogo Sun App once your gaming session is completed
9.6 Bonus Pots expire after 3 months of earning them, expired Pots are forfeited.
9.7 Filled Pots can be redeemed for +Play only and cannot be transferred to other players.
9.8 +Play expires after 365 days.

10 Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
11 Montecasino reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
12 All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
13 Prizes are not transferrable and winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
14 Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
15 Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
16 The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
17 All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
