No person under 18 is allowed to enter this competition.
Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Only RSVP’d guests can enter.
This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
Participants can activate their entries into this competition by attending the Vegas Vibes event and sharing their experiences on social media using the hashtag #TsogoSunVegasVibes .

The competition is for one day only from 13h00 to 16h00 on 11 August 2023.
The prize winner will be selected by way of a random manual draw on 11 August 2023 at La Toscana, Montecasino in A social media post on the Tsogo Sun social media page will be published on the day of the draw subject to consent received from the prize winner.
Only 1 winner will be selected from the combined entries by a random manual draw.
The winner will win a 2-night stay at Suncoast Towers and 2 x economy flights (not during peak periods). Valid for 3 months.
Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
Winner is requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 12 hours of the notification.
The winner will have 17 days from the time of notification to collect their prize at the Customer Services Desk at The Pivot Hotel, Montecasino within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
If the winner does not collect his/her prize within the above-mentioned 17 days – a new winner may be drawn and contacted.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize is for 1 person
In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
