MAD MONEY MONDAY

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotion is exclusive to Montecasino Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. The promotion entry criteria is for all Montecasino Rewards cardholders who were (gaming) active at least once in the preceding 12 months, with an average spend of R300 or Total spend of R3,000 or more.
4. All participants will receive tickets according to their tier and the time they print, broken down as follows;

5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
6. All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system for the draws taking place on the complex stage on Mondays during May, June and July 2024 at 13h00 and 18h00.
7. Winners at the draws stand a chance to win their share of R25, 000 cash shared amongst 5 winners during each draw.
8. Qualifiers will need to enter each draw by printing their tickets at any e-Host on draw day which will automatically get into the electronic draw bin.
9. All qualifying Montecasino Rewards cardholders can print their tickets from 08h00 until 12h59 for the draw at 13h00.
10. All qualifying Montecasino Rewards cardholders can print their tickets from 13h00 until 17h59 for the draw at 18h00.
11. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
12. All Participants are required to be present at the live draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of each draw.
13. Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
14. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
15. Prize winners and Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
16. Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
17. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
18. Draw times and dates; and qualification criteria, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
19. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
23. By virtue of their participation in this promotional competition, it shall be deemed that the respective Participants have acknowledged and accepted these rules.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
